How To Get Started

  • This initial consultation will involve discussing the challenges you face, your goals for therapy, and an opportunity for me to answer any questions you have!

  • Counselling can be nerve-wracking. But I’m here to support you, no matter where you are in your journey. I’ll help you get the most out of your session.

  • We’ll meet—either virtually or in-person in Vancouver—and begin the process together. Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and centered around your goals.

  • In as little as three sessions, you’ll start thinking and feeling better. It can be tough—but you’ll never regret it.

  • Finding the right fit matters. That’s why we offer free consultations—to give you a chance to ask questions, get a feel for our approach, and see if it feels like a good match. No pressure, just a conversation.

  • Therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Sessions might include talking through what's been going on, exploring patterns, learning new tools, or simply having space to feel your feelings without judgment. Every session is shaped by you and your goals.

  • That’s up to you. Some clients come weekly, others bi-weekly or monthly. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
